At B-Team Consulting, we recognize that churches who rely on bivocational, part-time, and volunteer ministers may have never hired a ministry consultant before. They may also be cautious about investing their limited resources in such a service, especially since they probably would have already hired a full-time minister if they could afford to do so!

We firmly believe, however, that our services will enable congregations with limited resources to better support their ministers and to raise up new ones from within their ranks. This small investment up front will pay enormous dividends in strengthening congregational leadership, training and equipping new workers for service, and reaching communities with the gospel.
