B-Team Consulting works directly with bivocational, part-time, and volunteer ministers, and the congregations they serve, to train and equip servants for Kingdom work.

For Ministers: B-Team Consulting offers online daytime or evening consulting sessions with current and future bivocational, part-time, and volunteer ministers. Consulting sessions provide practical support for ministers on topics or issues of their choosing and are followed by a shorter check-up meeting a month or more later.

For Congregations: B-Team Consulting is available for in-person Saturday workshops focused on training and equipping ministers, current and future, for bivocational, part-time, and volunteer roles. A sample schedule is available below; the actual schedule is worked out in consultation with the host congregation.
